Online Contest Prep Coaching (Bikini and Figure)

As a Contest Prep Coach, it is my job to be your Teacher, Planner and Motivator.  If you have always wanted to compete but had no idea where to begin, let me lead you step by step to the stage.

I only accept 4 competitors for Spring Shows, and 4 competitors for Fall Shows.  This is so that I can work very closely with my competitors and provide them the individual attention they deserve.

This online contest prep typically begins 12-18 weeks before your show date. Prior to beginning the program, you complete an online questionnaire to help clarify your fitness goals and choose the right show.  After submitting digital photos (front, side and back) I will evaluate whether a 12 week or longer program would be best suited based on your current physique.

My online coaching program includes the following:

  • Custom weight training program and schedule
  • Individualized Meal Plans (MACROS Based and Clean Eating Philosophy)
  • Daily cardio schedule adjusted as you get closer to your show
  • Supplement recommendation to achieve your goals
  • Weekly e-mail check ins with mandatory progress pictures
  • Unlimited email/text access to your coach at all times

The rate for this program is $150 Initial Set Up Fee (Non Refundable) and $75/month recurring payment. No contracts or additional startup fees associated.  Cancel anytime.

Basics (Building Muscle While Losing Fat)

  1. UMP (Ultimate Muscle Protein)- 2 scoops per day: 1 immediately after training, 1 mid-day

Contest Prep (As you prepare for Competition)

  1. UMP (Ultimate Muscle Protein)- 2 scoops per day: 1 immediately after training, 1 mid-day (remove at 4 weeks out from show and replace with chicken, fish or lean beef)
  2. Ultra 40 liver tabs– 2 with each meal (6 meals per day) – High Quality Protein to keep your energy high as you build muscle
  3. Muscularity – 2 with each meal (6 meals per day)
  4. GH Factor – 6 in the am & 6 in the pm on an empty stomach
